About Vapocure Coating System
The name vapocure denotes the way the technology works ..... a catalyst in vapour form accelerates the curing of paints & coatings and is widely accepted for its bandwidth of compatible substrates. The installation in our worksite at Industrial Area, Veli is equipped with a 100% dustfree twin spray & curing chamber which can handle articles measuring upto 2.5×1.2(c.s) & upto 5m in length. The coating can be applied only inside the booth which is nonportable.
Unlike other coating process like Powder Coating , Stoving & Airdrying Vapocure provides wider choice of shades & finishes and affords protection against rust, rain & sunlight. Vapocure formulations are available for application to metal, wood, plastics, paper, vinyl, textiles, ceramics & glass.
A sample list of such articles is given elsewhere. The whole spraying & vapocuring process can be carried out in a day on ready-to-paint surfaces.
The multisubstrate compatibility of Vapocuring can effectively solve the worrying problem of architects and designers to harmonize colours of objects of different materials.
